Having not written anything on this blog for a while I was thinking of what to write about and came up with a blank about jet ski related topics, mainly because I haven’t been doing much jet ski-ing. You see, I’m down in New Zealand at the moment and I am learning new skills about farming so the jet ski hobby has taken a backseat for now, at least until I get myself settled in properly and organised.
It’s just finishing up the summer time down here so I have been able to get out and about doing all kinds of things, like trekking and swimming. New Zealand is a beautiful place and has so much to offer, from ski-ing in the mountains in the winter to surfing and sunbathing in the summer. I’ve met a lot of people who said they have been/are going to Queenstown for the winter season because of the snowfall there in the mountains. There are quite a few resorts around there, like The Remarkables and Coronet Peak. Also, nearby, is a place called Wanaka which has a place called Treble Cone.
I think it’ll be nice to get something different done rather than jet skiing, so some snow skiing will be fun! I’ll let you know how that goes.
Last year I had a few illnesses over the winter time and I have no idea why. I remember that I was working super hard and probably had a lack of sleep, as I’m sure you know how it is. So, this year I have decided to do a few things differently. First, I am going to try to get 8 hours sleep a night. This is going to be my biggest challenge as I find it hard to get to sleep at night. Second, I will make sure that I don’t work too late into the night and try to have set hours when I work. Third, I’m going to be taking some vitamins to support my immune system. Any recommendations?
Some people have recommended I don’t use supplements, but others have sworn by them. It’s really difficult to tell if they will work or not to be honest so I think it’s worth trying. Two friends of mine, who use vitamin supplements a lot, recommended that I try these vitamin b complex from Amazon. Since I have nothing else to go on, I am going to order some of them and find out what all the fuss is about.
Well, it’s time for me to start working again as the summer season for jet skiing will be upon us shortly in the UK. I’ll be flying back to the UK shortly, via somewhere in SE Asia. Maybe Thailand or somewhere around that region. I’ll see where the flights are the cheapest.
I hope you all had a great winter break over there while I was soaking up the sun down here in NZ!
